The Scheduler module encompasses the features of Patient Registration, Patient Search with different criteria's, Setting of Patient statuses', Visit Profile, Patient Appointment Search, Provider Availability Search, Appointment Booking with Time Slot selection, Charting Workflow Integration, Filters, Legends, Waiting Lists, Messages, Chats and Patient Locator. As well, Transcriptions and Reports like Scheduler Daily Appointment, Scheduler Status, Scheduler Waiting List, Future Appointment and Check-In Check-Out can be attained.
The Billing and Insurance module includes Request of Information's, ICD9-Codes, New Charge, Charge Entry and Rebilling, Claims Processing - 837, Payments – 835, Collections, Super Bill, Patient Statements, ERA Transactions, Claims Status tracking and EDI Gateway vendors. The Document Management too provides exclusive document storage and secure scanning. Authorization, Reconciliation and Financial Reports can also be generated.
Exclusive features provided in the system include Task assignment, UTC time zone setting and Emergency Case initiation. Data exchange standards used are HL7, ANSI X12 EDI transactions including 270, 271, 276, 277, 835 and 837- D / I / P.
